Bespoke Homes - @n3xtgenerationgdevelopments

HDC Drainage & Civils where hired by N3XT Generation Developments to connect the combined sewer taking waste from the 5 stunning 4 & 5 bedroom homes to the Yorkshire Water asset in the highway. Initial consultation outlined the requirements of the project and once we had agreed cost we got to work! HDC Drainage took over dealing with the Yorkshire Water S106 application to ease the pressure from Sharlotte and once the correct connection was approved we where able to move forward.
As part of our service we make the relevant applications on behalf of the client, for this project we applied to Leeds Council Highways for a Section 50.
The carriageway and footway needed to be closed in two sections, we used a shuttle lane with dual traffic lights to manage traffic on extremely busy road.
For this project we started with the connection in the road, with a depth of 2.4m we excavated down to expose the 300mm VC combined sewer.
The team fitted a new unequal junction on the main line, expertly fitted by our exceptional team we were able to get the excavation bed and backfilled ready for the road reinstatement.
With a swift change over we started on the development road side, as we began to excavate we found layers of original roads, not a smooth as a butter dig but incredibly interesting!
The pipework was laid with a great amount of effort and expertise from all involved and we where able to leave the new pipework ready for N3XT Generations team to connect within their boundary.
Highways and Yorkshire Water approved all the works and N3XT generation where able to connect their stunning development to the main sewerage system.
